LEADERSHIP: We believe that God has called both men and women to serve in Leadership positions in the local church and the wider body of Christ. Leadership should always be plural; with mutual submission  and accoutability to each other. There should be a collegiality among servant leaders- with the understanding that by calling and annoinitng- one person would serve as  coordinator or chairman.

'Spirtual accord' should always be the goal for major decisions in the local church. The Five Fold Ministry, Eldership and believers should all be hearing the voice of the Lord together. ( Acts 15:22) Both Psalm 133 and the high priestly prayer of Jesus in John 17 speak of unity and the blessings that are associated with 'christians living together in unity'.
